I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I am thrilled to be a part of your child's healing journey!  I believe that your child is incredibly resilient, adaptable, and capable of growth.  To guide this growth, I incorporate a range of therapeutic approaches that lean into children’s natural inclination to express through play.  I practice from a neurodivergent affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma-informed lens to meet your child where they are and enhance their strengths.  I am also EMDR-trained and playfully integrate this approach to treat trauma and other stress responses.  I believe that you are the most important agent of change in your child's life and offer parenting supports to equip you throughout the therapeutic process.  If you feel tired, overwhelmed, or anxious as a caregiver, then you are in the right place.  Together, we will work to understand, accept, and empower your child.
