I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on work with new parents, children, and adolescents. I work from a family systems lens, knowing we are all impacted by those around us. And I draw on child development and attachment theories to build emotional and behavioral skills that reduce conflict and stress, and set children and families up for long term healthier relationships and fulfilling lives.

My therapeutic approach integrates the mind and body, creativity, and compassion. Together in therapy we'll work on practical improvement of mental health symptoms as well as deep self-inquiry and growth.
