I have always had a passion for working with children, as I find beauty in their curiosity, resilience and desire for connection. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have provided mental health services to children for 15 years. I have also worked as a behavioral therapist in home, school and clinic settings, which included guiding caregivers in supporting their child.

Some of my methods include play therapy, introducing calming strategies, considering developmental stage and needs, and building on the relationships the child has with others. I am also trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and can support those who have experienced trauma.
